We have ensured that the design of this website is not an obstacle to its usability and readability, and it has been tested to ensure that that it will work on a variety of devices with different screen sizes.

We have made every effort to ensure this website is easily readable using ‘plain English’ by removing jargon and using more simple language. We have also split longer pages into different sections to make them easier to follow.

Our content writers use the Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level to assess the readability of text that is produced on the website. Across the board we aim to have a score of 10.

Speech, reading and translation tools

Our site, like many other websites is compatible with JAWS screen reading software, as well as other browser extensions and built-in screen readers. You can also navigate this site with ease using speech navigation.

Translation software Is available for those whose native language is not English (UK). We do not make any provisions towards providing translated pages or content for those who do not understand English.

As to not exclude those, our site is compatible with Google Translate, but we cannot accept any responsibility for mis-translated content from a third-party source.

Formal complaints

As a commercial organisation, we are not required to conform to any specific web accessibility legislation, unlike UK public bodies. However, as a trusted supplier to public bodies across the UK, we hold ourselves to the same standard.

Under the Equalities Act 2010, the discrimination of a person with disabilities is in breach of this legislation.

If you wish to lodge a complaint, we aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 3-5 working days and to propose a solution within 10-15 working days. To help us solve the issue that you have raised, it would benefit both parties if you could provide an example of the issue to allow our developers to target the issue with ease.

If you have received no response, or are unhappy with our response, we are advised to inform you that you are able to contact one of the following organisations:
